Our core work is with young people who are unable to participate in a standard classroom environment. The Bishop´s Forum runs term-time programmes giving these young people the opportunity to experience a number of challenging activities in an outdoor environment. The aim of these programmes is to develop key skills such as communication, trust and co-operation skills.

For certain individuals integration into a group situation may not be appropriate straight away. In these cases it is routine for us to provide a 1-to-1 service with a fully trained instructor to help tackle barriers and individual needs. Results can be very encouraging.
