Goodygrane enjoys outstanding views of Falmouth Bay and comprises 60 acres of land including four rain filled quarries and one dry quarry. The site formerly a granite quarry with rugged terrain provides an ideal environment for all the activities for both day courses and residential visits.

Hawks Tor is located conveniently close to the main A30, about two miles to the Bodmin side of the Jamaica Inn. The site comprises approximately 30 acres, of which the lake is about twelve. The lake is rain filled and totally clean. It is the ideal location for beginners as well as advanced watersports enthusiasts.

Penperth Cottage is idyllically situated in oak woodland on an inlet of the Fal Estuary. The cottage has its own quay and is only accessible by boat.
